And for every single home Laura brought us to, she would point out all the great things each property had to offer in relation to each of our goals. But the thing she would do that most agents wouldn't is that she was completely honest about what wasn't going to work for us at each place. This has proved to be possibly the most invaluable part of working with Laura. We have yet to buy a property that did not work just right for our needs and goals! She told us what to prepare for and did not hold back if she was uncomfortable with a particular home or seller. Even when we were very close to the closing and we were facing some negotiating difficulties, she expressed that we needed to be willing to walk. She did not push for the sale and was a true partner in the whole process. You may notice early on that e-mail responsiveness could be a little slow – not a huge surprise - but once we won our bid, she was in very frequent communication and worked well with our mortgage consultant. She even sat down with us when we signed with the consultancy for escrow. We’ve been in our home now for a month and couldn’t be happier. Once we closed escrow, the home we purchased still had several unresolved issues - a couple of which we didn't even identify til after move-in. Laura worked with the listing agent and the seller to get everything resolved. This is the type of above-and-beyond effort you just don't see from most realtors.
